Biarritz Beach – France

Topping the list is the surfing capital of France, the Biarritz Beach. It was way back in the 1960s when surfing became popular in France and that’s exactly when this fine beach became a hit with surfers worldwide. Located in the French Riviera, the best surfers in the world gather every July at Biarritz Beach for the much awaited annual Surf Festival.

Ibiza – Spain

Second on the charts is Ibiza, the third largest among the Balearic Islands of Spain and a hot spot for everyone that loves to mix their beaches with their nightlife. Measuring in at only 100 feet wide by 300 feet long, this beach is extremely exclusive and has even been labeled as the haven for the rich and famous.

The beach sand is delivered fresh on a yearly basis and you’ll see your fair share of celebrities and rich people. Tarifa Beach – Spain
